Currently the book club i am in is reading this fabulous book "The Spy Wore Red", it is this marvelous account by Aline Griffith of being a spy during WWII in Spain. Her very important espionage quest is to make her way to the top of spanish society and find out who Hemmler's top spy is within. I am only about a 3rd done at this point, but i am completely enthralled. Oh did i mention that before she was a spy she was a model in NY? how glamorous right?! she also becomes a countess in Spain after the whole spy thing... here are some photos of the author.
